We specialize in deck construction and renovation, bathroom remodels and basement renovations.

We are a TrexPro Gold installer and are most familiar with the Trex decking and railing lines, having installed Trex for over 10 years.  We have also installed Timbertech, Fiberon, Deckorators, Veranda, IPE and treated wood.

A refresh for either a deck or bathroom most likely will not require any permits.  A new deck for full remodel of a bathroom will need permits.  We will work with you to complete and process the permit applications as well as schedule all necessary inspections.

We require a small deposit upon acceptance of the contracted work. 

For decks, a larger payment is due about a week before we begin the work, a second payment is schedule for the completion of work and a final payment will be due upon the final inspection approval.  

Bathrooms will have a similar payment prior to ordering the finish materials and the timing will depend on the availability of the goods.  Longer lead times will require the payment be made earlier in the process.  We don't want to extend the length of time your bathroom will be out of commision by not having materials on site and ready to be installed.  Again, the next payment is due upon completion of the contracted work and the final payment is after the final inpsection approvals.

The duration of a renovation project varies depending on the scope and complexity.  A new construction deck is 7-10 days while a refresh can be done in 3-4 days.  Bathroom renovations can vary from a couple weeks for a full redo to just a few days for a refresh.
